The Med Spa Policies

  • Spa Protocols
    At the Med Spa, the health, wellbeing, and comfort of our guests is our highest priority. Upon arrival, our spa staff will escort you to our luxurious relaxation room. Masks are optional at this time. Every staff member performs self-health evaluations and our team is incredibly health conscious. As always, standard universal precautions are followed by all. After each guest, all treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Common areas are cleaned at the end of each day. Both reusable and single-use beverage containers are available at our beverage center. Single use containers are recyclable.
  • Alternative Therapy Disclaimer
    All information pertaining to alternative therapies and energy work is for general educational purposes only. Any ideas, suggestions, alternative products, and practices of our providers are not intended to treat, diagnose, or cure any disease. Please consult with your healthcare provider regarding your personal health and well-being. The spa nor any of its providers assume no responsibilities and will accept no liability whatsoever for loss, damages, or disruptions. Visiting our spa constitutes your acceptance of this disclaimer.
  • Spa Facilities
    The Med Spa includes our Reception Area, Relaxation Lounge, changing room, treatment rooms, and restroom facilities. Please refer to our current business hours for scheduling. Our team is readily available by phone, email, or chat for immediate inquiries. Appointments and Product Pick-Ups may be scheduled by phone, email, chat, or online as well. Evening and Weekend appointments are available by request.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Clients who cancel or fail to show up for their appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. After two instances of cancellations and/or no-shows, clients will be required to keep a card on file and will be charged a non-refundable fee of 50% to secure any future appointments.
  • Reservation Fees
    Several services require a Reservation Fee to hold scheduled appointments in our system. Should you decide against the service for any reason (either before or after your consultation) this fee is applicable to any other service or products within the spa. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the Reservation Fee. Please be mindful of this policy when scheduling. Should you be unable to keep your appointment and do not contact the spa within our cancellation window (24 hours), the fee is forfeit and will act as payment to the provider for their time. It is then unable to be used or transferred to other products or services. A new Reservation Fee will be required to hold any new clinical appointment. Please be mindful of this policy when scheduling.
  • Product Return Policy
    Please keep in mind that The Med Spa will not accept product returns, as this is the policy of our Brand Partners. If you would like to sample a product before purchase, simply ask our staff! We thank you for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
