Kirsten Boston
Massage Therapist
Kristen Boston is a Nationally Board Certified with BCTMB, 2001 graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage Medical Program. She is licensed with the Maryland State Board of Massage Therapy Examiners. Areas of study include therapeutic massage and bodywork, anatomy and physiology, pathophysiology, medical conditions and the clinical application of medical massage. Kristen has worked alongside physical therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and physicians, practicing non-pharmacological pain management, sports/rehab therapies and trained at the Benjamin Institute of Advanced Studies, specializing in neck and shoulder injuries.
After graduation Kristen continued her education to become a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist. Years later she became a published author, publishing a practical guide for food allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions, a book called "What Do You Eat?" She based a health and wellness blog on the publication to assist others in discovering freedom within their body.
